VOTE for the DC Fashion Foundation!!

The Washington, DC Fashion Foundation (DCFF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created in June of 2009 essentially formed to industrialize the fashion infrastructure in the Nation’s Capital. The Fashion Foundation’s mission is to cultivate the District of Columbia into a fashion powerhouse by nurturing artistic fashion minds from youth to adulthood by providing educational instruction, vocational training, manufacturing experience, networking connections, and entrepreneurial incubation.

The Fashion Foundation is committed to its mission to uplift the creative economy in Washington DC through the development of its fashion industry. DCFF is a creditable institution with proven results. The organization’s vision will breathe life into creative minds searching for resources and avenues to be successful; ultimately, creating hundreds of jobs and as a result paving a way for District residents to be economically self sufficient.

If funded, the Fashion Foundation will you use the resources to deliver educational programs, workforce training initiatives, hands-on experience, and networking opportunities for aspiring fashion professionals young and old. The Foundation will achieve these goals through its established programs: After school and summer youth programming, Fashionably Business academy, manufacturing training facility, and DC Fashion Incubator (DCFI).
